The Inner Garden, Secrets to be shared – Cynthia Sah Solo Exhibition will be held at Double Square Gallery from February 11th to March 19th. This is Cynthia Sah’s first solo exhibition in 18 years. She carefully shipped forty new works from Italy to Taiwan. She expresses internal philosophical thoughts and pristine insights through art, using the pure white Carrara marble from the Apuan Alps to create these works in an extended period with utter focus. Different from what the audience is familiar with, Double Square Gallery showcases Sah’s smaller works in The Inner Garden, Secrets to be shared – Cynthia Sah Solo Exhibition. With her precision and lively flow on a relatively smaller scale, Sah finds the thunderous majesty in these small pieces from her inner garden—zooming in on the microscopic to disclose the macroscopic. These works are the close, intimate murmurs between artist and viewer, communicating to the audience Sah’s gracious understanding of life.
